How do you ensure chocolates don't melt during shipping?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulation, along with ice packs during warmer months, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition across Australia.

What are your delivery timeframes within Australia?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express Post takes 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays during summer to avoid weekend transit in warm warehouses.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

While many of our dark chocolates do not contain gluten ingredients, all our products are manufactured on shared equipment. We recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.

Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?

Yes, you can add a complimentary personalized gift message at the checkout stage. This will be printed on a Godiva gift card and included with your order.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for food products if you change your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.

To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15°C and 18°C. Avoid refrigeration if possible, as it can cause 'bloom' or condensation which affects the texture.
